Amy's Web Page

Amy is doing great. She is so smart. She and our yellow lab have bonded very well. Of course the kids love her and she is the sweetheart of the neighborhood. We have one cowboy boot casualty that she got hold of off the porch, it's fun puppy-proofing the house!!! She loves the chickens and rabbits, and visits their pens first thing every morning to make sure everything is alright. She has learned that the big tom cat is fun to chase, but when he stops she stops to and stays out of reach of his paws. He swatted her on the nose twice now, but he didn't use his claws so she was surprised but not hurt. Amy will sit 90% of the time now when asked, and she comes when called. I am Very proud of her and she is learning very quickly. Have a nice weekend, Sue

Amy visited her new vet last week. She is now 21 pounds!!! She is so easy to get along with, but she treats her new best dog friend as a chew toy. Unfortunately the big dumb lab lets her get away with it. We went out to Jordan Crater's a few weeks ago, that is where the dogs got so tired they slept the whole way home as you can see in the picture. She is doing great and we love her!! Sue
